Stephen Hathaway is the founder and principal consultant of Hathaway Consulting LLC.  He has over 15 years of executive operations experience in the healthcare and medtech industries. He is a former COO and operations leader at innovative device companies (including Seneca Devices and Scinovia) and major healthcare IT firms such as Konica Minolta and Siemens Healthcare. 

Today, Stephen channels this experience into a consultative approach: he treats each client relationship as a partnership.
